At Liva Jewels, we are committed to delivering your jewelry as efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our manufacturing and delivery process.
Custom Jewelry Manufacturing
Each custom-made jewelry piece requires approximately 3 business weeks for manufacturing.
Once the piece is completed, we may seek your confirmation before dispatch.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Your order is typically delivered within approximately 3 weeks, including manufacturing and shipping time.
Please note:
- Liva Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
- If the delivery address is changed by the customer directly with the courier while the parcel is in transit, any resulting delay is the customer’s responsibility.
Free Delivery
We offer free delivery to your address.
However, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Product Changes
If the customer requests any changes to the product before shipment, the manufacturing timeline will restart from day one.
Delivery Assurance
While we prioritize timely delivery and may offer urgent processing, delays caused by shipping partners are beyond our control. Liva Jewels is not liable for such delays and appreciates your understanding.
