Based in Hong Kong, we deliver both locally and internationally through trusted, insured logistics partners.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take 7–14 business days for production before shipment.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Local Shipping (Hong Kong)

  • Free standard delivery on all orders within Hong Kong.

  • Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Express or same-day delivery is available within Hong Kong (extra charges may apply).

All local deliveries are handled through SF Express or Hongkong Post, ensuring reliability and real-time tracking.


International Shipping

We proudly ship to multiple regions worldwide, including:

  • India, UAE, Belgium, USA, and Singapore.
    All international shipments are handled by DHL Express or FedEx, with full insurance coverage for your peace of mind.

Customs & Duties:
Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.


Shipping Charges

  • Hong Kong: Free of charge

  • International Orders: Calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.


Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel anytime through our Order Tracking page or directly via the courier’s website.


Secure Packaging

Every order from Liva Jewels is packed in tamper-proof, luxury packaging and shipped with insurance to guarantee safe delivery.


Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package appears damaged or tampered with:

  1. Please do not accept the parcel.

  2. Contact us immediately at support@livajewels.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching your order number and photos.

Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


Important Information

  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, weather, or logistics delays beyond our control.

  • Orders placed during holidays may take slightly longer to process.
