Our Commitment

At Liva Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is carefully inspected before it reaches you.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return process.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and tags intact.

  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or defective.

  • Items showing signs of wear, resizing, or alteration by a third party are not eligible for return.


Return Process

  1. Initiate Request
    Email us at support@livajewels.com or contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Pickup
    Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a secure pickup from your address through our logistics partner.

  3. Quality Inspection
    After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it to ensure it meets return eligibility criteria.

  4. Refund / Exchange

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.

    • You may also choose an exchange or store credit for future purchases.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order jewelry

  • Engraved products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Items purchased during final sale or clearance


Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@livajewels.com
We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.


International Orders

For international customers, returns are accepted; however, shipping and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
